Host a webinar

Open Community, then Webinars. If you have not yet, add the Webinars add-on: $49 a month for up to 100 people per webinar (300 attendee-hours a month), or $149 a month for up to 500 (1,200 attendee-hours). Free trials include a small webinar to try it.

Schedule your webinar with a title and start time. Then open it to add what people will learn and your offer: a headline, a button, and the link it goes to (for example your course link from More, then Copy course link).

Share the sign-up link or QR code. Guests sign up with just a name and email, no account needed. Abundiva emails each person their own join link right away, a reminder the day before, a reminder an hour before, and a "we are live" email when you start. Everyone who signs up is added to your Contacts with a tag.

At start time, tap Go live now. In the studio, turn on your camera or share your screen. Guests watch, listen, and chat. Tap Show offer when you are ready to pitch, and it pops up for everyone. Tap Record to save it. When you finish, tap End webinar.

Afterward, open the webinar and tap Email the replay. Guests watch from the same join link. Download the sign-up list any time.

An attendee-hour is one person watching for one hour. If you run out in a month, add 100 more hours for $15, or upgrade.

Automated webinars: record your presentation once (in your live room, tap Record), then choose Create an automated webinar. Pick the recording, choose when it plays (every day at set times, certain days, or right after someone signs up), and the minute your offer should pop up. Turn it on and share the sign-up link. Guests pick a time, get reminders a day before, an hour before, and when it starts, and watch it like it is live with no skipping ahead. They can send you questions, which show on the webinar page. You can see who signed up, who watched, how long, and who clicked your offer.
