Group texting

Open Texting in your workspace menu.

1. Fill out the short form once. US phone carriers require every organization that sends group texts to register, and we handle it for you. You get your own toll-free texting number right away.
2. Approval usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. While you wait, share your text sign-up page and turn on "Ask for permission to text them" on your sign-up forms.
3. Once approved, write a group text and send it to everyone who agreed to texts, or to one tag.

Replies show up under Conversations, and you can answer each person. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out, and they are removed automatically.

Texts included each month: Starter 100, Growth 500, Ministry Pro 2,000. A long message or one with emoji can count as 2 or more texts. The counter shows you before you send.

Only text people who agreed to hear from you. When you import a list or edit a contact, check the texting permission box only if they gave you permission.
